Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments of mental health need across a variety of presentations in clinic settings, the community, and ward settings to support young people back into the community.
* Assess risk and use this to inform decision making for children and young people.
* Work with children and young people with moderate to severe mental health presentations in the community; help prevent hospital admission where possible and manage crisis when needed.
Qualifications/Experience
* Experienced band 6 practitioners (nurses, social workers, occupational therapists).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to work in a multi-disciplinary CAMHS team.
