I have a great opportunity for two x Assistant Site Managers to join a Volume House Builder in East Sussex. You will be joining an established site finishing off the last 105 units on a large scale development. Reporting to the established Contracts Manager and Construction Director have identified this site as a possible award winning site of the future. Responsibilities: Managing health and safety Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets. Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish. Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site. Key Attributes: Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building. Fully conversant in NHBC standards. SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection. Site sizes from (Apply online only) units as a minimum. On offer is a basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus car / allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave, bonus
