Key Information:
• Competitive Rate of Pay
• Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent
• Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Adhere to company policies, including Health & Safety and Food Safety.
• Report Health & Safety or quality concerns to your Line Leader.
• Participate in company training programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow hygiene requirements.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Report any out-of-specification products or materials to your supervisor or QA.
• Responsible for the curing process of meat products - this involves adding salts or other curing agents to remove moisture and infuse flavour. Various methods may be used, such as dry curing, injection curing, or brine curing solutions, to achieve the desired results.

• Previous production line experience is an advantage.
Qualifications :
• Level 2 Food Safety (preferred).
