We are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer in Leamington Spa, working on an important NHS contract. This role is based in the Licensing Room, assembling small medical components with precision and care.
The Role
* Assembling small parts to exact specifications
* Working on an active NHS-related production line
* Following strict quality and safety procedures
* Maintaining consistent speed and accuracy
* General production and manufacturing duties as required
What We’re Looking For
* Ambidextrous (comfortable working with both hands) – essential
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual and able to commit to full-time hours
* Experience in manufacturing or assembly is beneficial but not essential
* Ability to work accurately with small components
Hours
Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 17:00
Overtime may be available depending on workload.
Pay
£12.50 per hour (weekly pay)
