Searching for a Commercial Asset Manager (Sweden) to build from the ground up, a truly exciting and brand new role within the business.
Our client offers innovative solutions to a ranging client base including: Retail, Packaging, FMCG and General Merchandise.
The role will focus primarily on Sweden, however, as the role grows and new opportunities are driven, other countries in the region are within the remit of this role. For this reason, although the focus will initially be in Sweden, travel across Denmark, Norway and Finland is expected from the outset
As the first representative in the Scandinavian region, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the business as a trusted, credible, and successful partner across Sweden and the wider Nordics.

The Role
As Commercial Asset Manager (Sweden) / Scandinavia, you will be responsible for launching and developing presence in the region. Initially focused on Sweden, the role will expand across Denmark, Norway, and Finland as the business grows.
Working closely with the European teams, retailers, customers, hauliers, depots, and suppliers, you will balance commercial, operational, and asset management responsibilities, while helping define long-term strategy in the Nordics.

What You'll Be Doing
Establish a presence in the Scandinavian market as a credible partner
Gain retail acceptance and ensure effective recovery across the region
Build and manage a compliant, efficient supply chain network (hauliers, depots, suppliers)
Protect and manage assets, reducing loss and improving availability
Manage key customer and retailer relationships with a growth mindset
Analyse data to drive decisions, improve performance, and unlock value
Identify new commercial opportunities and support business expansion
Represent the business professionally across Scandinavia and wider EuropeAbout You
To be successful in the role of Commercial Asset Manager (Sweden) you will be commercially astute, operationally confident, and motivated by challenge.
You'll bring:
5+ years' experience in a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain / fast-paced service environment
Strong understanding of the retail and FMCG landscape in Scandinavia
Experience working with data and analysis to drive results
Confidence negotiating commercial arrangements and managing partners
A proactive, adaptable approach with strong problem-solving skills
The ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
Fluency in English and Swedish (other Nordic languages a plus)
Comfort with frequent travel across Scandinavia and occasionally Europe
