The Contract Operations team is based in the Corporate Strategy & Business Development (CSBD) directorate, where apprentices will work alongside specialist teams delivering assessment services on behalf of a range of UK Government bodies and other commercial clients. You will join a large business area in CSBD that delivers a range of assessment and qualification services for commercial clients. The role may include customer service, data handling and processing, contributing toward documentation to support risk and business continuity needs, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. You will gain hands-on, practical experience in a dynamic public-sector organisation over your year’s placement to expand and develop your skills.
