Location: Chelmsford, Colchester and Southend.
£40,000 - £42,000 Per year plus company van and fuel card.
Permanent, PAYE position.
Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to carry out building services and maintenance works for a large building contractor based in Essex.
The work is a mixture of building repairs on high end residential, schools and social housing properties across Essex and Hertfordshire.
This is a straight permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

* Plumber Multi Trader
* Carpentry repairs
* Bathroom fitting
* Leak detection
* Plumbing repairs
* Patch plastering
* Painting & decorating
* Splash back tiling
Requirements
* Social housing experience and building services experience is essential for this position
* Full tools and a UK driving licence
