What the Job Involves This role involves being part of a welcoming and nurturing team at Swindon Borough Council's Children’s Social Care. During your duty week, you will manage a caseload of children requiring statutory assessments or child protection investigations. You will develop and inform their plans, ensuring they receive the necessary support, whether within the community or from Family Intervention and Support Services. The position requires attendance at the office 5 days during duty week and three days when not on duty, every five weeks. The role is based in Swindon, with a travel and accommodation allowance for those residing more than 50 miles from Swindon valid until 10 May 2026.
