Assistant Social Media Manager.
Someone ambitious, creative, and hungry to make their mark.
The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in planning, producing and editing short-form content across Servo's brands, our founder's personal brand, podcasts, as well as working directly on our clients socials. You'll be hands-on in ideation, shooting, editing, and optimisation of social content. Expect variety, some content will be polished but some will just need to be posted quickly We want someone who knows social platforms, trends, and how to make content that connects. If you're comfortable in-front of camera too, that's a huge advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan content calendars: develop ideas, schedule content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.)
* Shoot content: Variety of phone and camera setups, depending on the shoot.
* Edit short-form content: Reels, Shorts, TikToks etc.
* Collaborate in creative meetings: brainstorm ideas, suggest format experiments, stay ahead of trends.
* Support across production: logging, media-management, preparing assets, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
* Monitor performance: track what content is getting traction, use insights to iterate and improve.
What We're Looking For
* ~1-3 years experience creating and editing content for socials, either for a personal or business page.
* Proficient in editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, FCPX or similar) plus basic understanding of sound and colour finishing.
* Comfortable shooting basic video (Mobile/DSLR/Mirrorless)
* Strong sense of social media culture/trends, understanding what content formats work where.
* Creative, scrappy, agile — ready to switch between polished work and rapid content.
* Great communication skills, with an ability to interpret briefs and respond to feedback.
* Very organised and comfortable handling multiple tasks & brands at once.
