Job Summary
We're looking for an energetic and detail oriented Marketing & Sales Administrator to provide vital support to our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a manufacturing environment, assist in promoting our bespoke offerings, and contribute to driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
* Prepare and customise quotes, proposals and assisting the Sales team with any additional quotes.
* Maintain and update CRM systems to reflect ongoing leads, sales progress, and client feedback.
* Monitor pipeline activities and assist in converting inquiries into orders, ensuring smooth communication with clients.
* Process sales orders and support post-order queries and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Marketing Support
* Collaborate on crafting and executing targeted marketing campaigns for bespoke generator ranges.
* Assist in developing and scheduling social media content, email campaigns, and newsletters that showcase product innovation.
* Help create, proofread, and distribute marketing collateral, such as brochures, data sheets, and case studies.
* Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, site visits, and product launch events.
* Manage and organise marketing assets, ensuring consistency in branding across all materials and platforms.
* Helping managing all social media platforms and the companies website.
Administrative Duties
* Handle diary management, scheduling meetings, customer calls, and internal team synchronisation.
* Liaise with suppliers and communicating with new/existing customers.
* Support operational needs with data entry, filing, and general correspondence tasks.

Key Skills & Attributes
* Excellent organisational abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication—particularly in technical or custom sales contexts.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp is a plus.
* Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, technical environment.
* Customer focused mindset with a proactive attitude and problem solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience
* 1–3 years' experience in marketing, sales administration, or related support role—ideally within manufacturing or B2B sectors.
* Background in or understanding of technical products, preferably in generator systems/electrical engineering, is advantageous.
* A background or qualification in Marketing, Business Admin, or a related field is preferable.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
