Roadside Mechanic Needed in Dagenham
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Roadside Mechanic to join our client's expanding roadside patrol team in Dagenham. Duties of the Roadside Vehicle Technician:
10. Responding to roadside breakdowns promptly and professionally
11. Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic vehicle issues.
12. Providing exceptional customer service during roadside assistance calls
13. Maintaining accurate records of repairs and job tickets
14. Supporting backup recovery operations as needed
15. Upholding company standards in health and safety and vehicle handling
Requirements for the Roadside Mechanic:
16. Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent
17. Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
18. Customer-focused approach with effective communication skills
19. Full UK driving licence with minimal points
20. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends on a rotational basis.
