Lecturer in Strings (Cello)
Part Time Hourly Paid – £41.26 plus annual leave = £46.24 per hour. Fixed‑term contract for each academic year. Variable hours with an expectation of up to 100 teaching hours in year one.
Responsibilities
* Deliver specialist teaching on the Strings programme in the School of Music.
* Contribute to the development of relevant programmes across the Conservatoire and the methods of delivery.
* Develop learning support materials, methods and applications, including examination and assessment of student work.
* Recruit and maintain home/EU and international students and/or actively contribute to recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
* Current professional performance profile with international or national recognition as an inspirational teacher at the highest level.
* Preferred experience in a Conservatoire style setting.
