At Pooch-a-Rama, we believe every dog deserves to look and feel amazing. Our busy Washington salon is known for providing high-quality grooming with a personal touch. We're looking for a full-time Dog Groomer to join our friendly, dog-loving team.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional grooming services, including bathing, clipping, trimming, de-shedding, nail clipping, and ear cleaning.
* Ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all dogs in your care.
* Consult with pet owners to understand grooming preferences and deliver the requested style.
* Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment.
* Identify and report any potential health concerns to owners.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Dog Groomer (training or certification preferred).
* Confident handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
* Strong attention to detail and creativity in grooming styles.
* Patience, kindness, and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.21-£12.98 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
