Responsibilities
* Leading a small team of admin staff, managing workflow and performance
* Handling queries and escalations across departments and sales teams
* Overseeing order processing, dispatch coordination, and documentation
* Working closely with couriers and managing complex customer orders
* Supporting export processes and ensuring compliance with shipping requirements
Qualifications
* Experience in logistics, warehouse admin, or order processing
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable managing people and coaching team members
* High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
* Export knowledge is a big plus
