Role Overview
As Warehouse Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for receiving and managing customer returns. You are someone who is accurate and organised in their working day, and can be self motivated to hit deadlines.
You will be part of the Lusso team that works in the warehouse along side one other member of staff, and reports into the Head of Supply Chain, who splits their time between the warehouse and the Head Office.
This role is new to the business and is part of our growth plans, and so is an exciting time to be joining the business, with plenty of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick, pack and despatch orders in the warehouse.
* Process inbound products.
* Receiving all product returns from customer orders
* Checking all products are returned in line with our Returns Policy
* Logging customer returns details using internal systems
* Maintaining the organisation of returned items
* Re-packaging resellable items
* Performing quality checks on a range of selected products
* Replenishing stock in the correct warehouse locations
* Logging faulty items and liaising with suppliers for credits or replacements
* Working with internal departments to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently
* Keeping accurate records of returns and raising incident reports
* Stock taking and discrepancy investigations
* Further ad hoc responsibilities
* Assisting the warehouse team with day to day issues
Education and Experience Requirements
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft programmes including Excel and Word
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated to work quickly and efficiently
* Great eye for detail and accuracy
* Good organisational skills
* Pride in keeping areas tidy
* Ability to adapt to a changing and high pressure environment
* Ability to work well within a team
* Ability to work independently and use own initiative
* Have a full and valid UK driving license
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, with a specific focus on returns and despatches, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage and document processes accurately.
* Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems alongside experience with spreadsheets.
