You are a part of the Group Legal Department reporting to the General Counsel.# RESPONSIBILITES· Contract Management- Responsible for supporting the drafting, review, and administration of commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.- Accountable to track contract lifecycles, key dates, and obligations using contract management systems.- Accountable for coordination of internal contract approvals and ensure compliance with company policies.- Responsible for maintaining and organizing legal and contractual documentation.· Corporate Governance- Responsible to maintain company records, statutory registers, and filings with corporate registries.- Support compliance with internal governance frameworks and policies.· Stakeholder Support & Negotiations- Coordinate and support commercial negotiations with suppliers and customers.- Liaise with internal teams (procurement, finance, sales, HR, etc.) to gather input for contract discussions.- Responsible to ensure that business agreements are aligned with company policies and risk appetite.· Data Protection & GDPR Compliance- Responsible for managing GDPR documentation, including records of processing activities and data protection assessments.- Coordinate responses to data subject requests and liaise with internal data owners.- Accountable for the implementation of privacy and data protection policies.· Training & Policy Awareness- Responsible for training sessions (live or e-learning) on legal topics such as contract processes, GDPR, and compliance.- Assist in drafting and updating internal guidelines and policy documents.· Insurance Coordination- Support the management of the company’s insurance policies, including renewals, claims, and documentation.- Liaise with insurance brokers, providers, and internal stakeholders to gather required information.- Help monitor compliance with contractual insurance obligations and maintain up-to-date insurance certificates.· Proactive mindset – anticipates needs, takes initiative and acts independently.· Attention to detail – delivers work that is thorough, accurate, and consistently meets quality standards.· Report writing & presenting – produces well structured, insightful reports and presents information in a clear and engaging manner.· Planning & organisation – prioritises tasks effectively, manages time well, and delivers results within deadlines.· Commitment to personal development – actively seeks feedback and opportunities to learn, grow, and improve professionally.· Developing knowledge and understanding of a wide range of (legal) issues· Ability to provide pragmatic customer focused advice· Strong moral and ethical principles· Professional ethics· Excellent judgement and analytical skills· Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.# EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION· A degree in Law (or equivalent education) is required· Contractual expertise desirable through work experience· Relevant experience working as part of a team· Experience in the oil and gas, renewable energy and / or aviation sectors desirable### Attention required!
