A multi-million pound turnover M&E contractor enjoying continued success seeks the solid appointment of a talented and skilled BIM Coordinator to join their highly stable and reputable organisation.
This award-winning contractor covers multiple schemes from high-end residential through to commercial and industrial projects.
Candidates highly sought after are those ideally from an M&E / Mechanical & Electrical Services / Building Services or HVAC background. HOWEVER, we will consider talented and proven BIM Coordinators from either a fit-out / shopfitting or construction background, capable of learning the M&E sector quickly. They are certainly encouraged to apply.
You will be a competent BIM360 user, ideally with REVIT or CAD skills. Further training is available, and this role offers genuine scope for development and growth.
The role involves modelling, drawing, and coordinating mechanical and electrical designs to ensure projects can be constructed with minimal rework once the site team commences work.
Critical to the role is ensuring the latest models, drawings, and designs from all channels are used, and notifying engineers and site teams of any changes to the models or drawings.
Previous Revit MEP experience in the construction/building services field is highly desirable.
