What You'll Be Doing
* Architecting and developing embedded Linux solutions for custom hardware platforms
* Building and configuring Yocto-based Linux distributions
* Integrating device drivers, kernel modules, and middleware for real-time applications
* Collaborating with hardware, software, and systems teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions
* Optimising performance, security, and reliability across embedded platforms
* Supporting product lifecycle from concept through to deployment and maintenance
What You'll Bring
* Strong experience in
embedded Linux development
(Yocto, Buildroot, or similar)
* Proficiency in C/C++ and shell scripting
* Familiarity with kernel-level debugging, bootloaders (U-Boot), and device trees
* Understanding of networking protocols and secure communications
* Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cross-compilation toolchains
* Bonus: exposure to ARM-based architectures, FPGA integration, or cyber-secure systems
