Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator (3 to 6 Month Contract)

Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
* Consult with customers, sales teams, agents, and distributors to process sales orders and quotations accurately and promptly.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by keeping clients informed at every stage.
* Manage enquiries, quotations, and orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
* Oversee shared inboxes (Zendesk) and collaborate globally to provide timely responses.
Sales Coordination & Cross-Functional Alignment
* Act as a vital link between Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and global headquarters.
* Support alignment between UK operations and global teams through regular communication and performance reporting.
* Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and training sessions as needed.
Logistics, Freight & Documentation
* Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including freight and carrier relationships.
* Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including delivery notes and commercial invoices.
* Handle returns and RMAs efficiently while maintaining accurate shipping records.
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
* Take full accountability for pick-and-pack activities within the onsite warehouse.
* Manage stock receipt, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
Process Improvement & Team Collaboration
* Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency.
* Foster a “right first time” culture and identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
About you
* Experience in customer service, sales operations, or order processing.
* Proven expertise in sales order processing, shipment coordination, and customer service delivery.
* Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (experience with Zendesk and Shopify is a plus).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* A customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is an asset.
* Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
