Bank Healthcare Assistant, Secondary Care Clinics (Permanent)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join our established team and be part of a company that really makes a difference.
The role of HCA is an essential part of our NHS Secondary Medical Care Services. You will be supported by and work alongside a diverse multi‑skilled, friendly and patient‑focused team of both clinical and management staff, who provide the full range of Secondary Care services to our patients.
You will work under the direction of the clinical team, undertaking tasks and duties as delegated. You will be an essential support function, delivering the best care to all our patients. You must work with autonomy and a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact.
Clinic Locations: Barking, Havering and Redbridge; Tower Hamlets; Waltham Forest; Newham.
Responsibilities
* Undertake tasks and duties delegated by the clinical and management teams
* Order supplies and equipment
* Sterilise equipment
* Provide basic literacy and numeracy support when required
* Basic computer experience
