Teachers REQUIRED – King’s Lynn – Specialist Provision
Location: King’s Lynn and surrounding areas
Term Time Only – No Weekend Work!
QTS Required
We are looking to appoint three passionate and resilient teachers to join one of our inclusive partner schools in the King’s Lynn area. This is a specialist provision supporting students who are currently unable to access mainstream education.
Two of the positions are full time and one is part time, with all roles set to begin in September 2025. Don't delay applying, as these vacancies are time-sensitive!
Class sizes are small, with around 22 students on roll, but only 50% typically attend at any one time. Pupils are in KS3 and KS4, following an alternative curriculum that focuses on phonics, literacy, and numeracy in the mornings, with creative and enrichment-based activities in the afternoons.
The start of the school day can be particularly challenging, as many students arrive feeling dysregulated. A strong understanding of emotional regulation strategies and a calm, supportive approach are key to success in this role.
While the students are of secondary age, the curriculum and approach may suit confident primary-trained teachers who can adapt their practice to meet a wide range of needs.
