Responsibilities
* Greet and look after our guests to ensure they leave delighted.
* Serve customers with an easy and seamless, personalised experience.
* Be knowledgeable about the menu and make recommendations to guests.
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
* Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
* Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
* Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Drive hospitality operations to exceed customer requirements, generate new sales leads and actively encourage revenue growth with a focus on profit maximisation.
Qualifications and Ideal Candidate
* Passion for delivering outstanding service with a welcoming, prideful service approach.
* Take initiative and make decisions that benefit customers.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Desire to succeed in the role and ability to work under pressure.
* Hospitality supervisory experience with demonstrated capability to lead teams to deliver results.
* Experience working within brand guidelines to deliver results.
* Experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Track record of growing sales and retaining business.
* Foodservice or similar background.
* Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility.
* Ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders; strong commercial awareness.
* IT & computer literacy.
