* Salary: £27,000

Role Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in leading the store with a focus on sales, KPIs, and business profitability
* Demonstrate and uphold high standards of customer service and store presentation
* Develop and motivate the store team through coaching and training
* Support in strategic and analytical decision-making to support business goals
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 2 years retail management experience
* Experience in fragrance and beauty retail is desirable
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong commercial acumen
* Customer-centric mindset
* Flexible working arrangements, including some travel
