Salary & Benefits

- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Job Overview
- Deliver building surveying and project management instructions from cradle to grave
- Manage a diverse portfolio of public sector, residential and education projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee contract administration and project delivery
- Mentor and support junior members of the team where appropriate
Job Requirements
- MRICS qualified or working towards Chartership
- Consultancy background within Building Surveying
- Strong project management experienceComfortable managing projects independently
- Experience across public sector projects would be advantageous
- Previous mentoring experience beneficial
- Stable career history
- Full UK driving licence
