The purpose of this two-year graduate programme is to develop a well-rounded understanding of the Manufacturing Operations division. By the end of the program, you will be prepared to support critical functions like New Model Quality and Launch, helping Aston Martin maintain its reputation for excellence. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting process improvement initiatives within the Manufacturing division. Advocating for Quality across every rotation during the scheme. Rotating through key teams such as: Quality (New Model Quality, Supplier Quality, Problem Solving). New Model Launch (SUV and Sports Car). Manufacturing (Offtracks, T&F Assembly). Supply Chain (Launch). Combining academic learning (through block weeks and online study) at Warwick University with practical on-the-job experience. What We’re Looking For: We are looking for individuals with a passion for automotive engineering and a desire to learn and grow. Any experience that demonstrates your ability to work in teams and achieve objectives will help you thrive in this program. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to Quality are essential. You should also be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and willing to travel between our Gaydon and St Athan sites as required. Your drive, passion, and potential matter to us.
