What We're Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
* Experience as a Room Leader or Third in Charge in a nursery setting.
* Confident understanding of safeguarding, the EYFS, child development, and best practice.
* Ability to support staff, model excellent childcare, and uphold high standards.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach.
* Someone who thrives in a hands-on role within a lively, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the leadership team as part of the senior structure within the nursery.
* Lead your room with confidence, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
* Oversee planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS.
* Guide and mentor staff, providing support, training, and encouragement.
* Build strong relationships with children and families, promoting trust and communication.
* Help ensure the smooth running of daily operations across the setting when required.
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusive practice.
