This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Scunthorpe. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the branch, managing staff, achieving business goals, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role also involves implementing company policies and strategies, managing budgets, and optimizing operational efficiency.

* Strong organizational and operational planning skills to manage day-to-day branch activities efficiently
* Proficiency in customer relationship management and conflict resolution
* Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and achieving business targets
* Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and the team
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in dynamic business situations
* Prior experience in a management or supervisory role within the recruitment or related industry is advantageous
* A background in sales or business development is a plus
