The Role Working closely with the residential conveyancing team, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration of client matters and ensuring files are managed efficiently from the outset. Responsibilities will include: Assisting with the opening of new client matters and onboarding procedures Scanning, processing, and allocating incoming post and legal documents Providing administrative support across the conveyancing department Supporting fee earners with file management and case administration Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documents are processed efficiently Contributing to the smooth running of the team and assisting with general office support duties About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience within a legal administration or conveyancing support position Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Good communication skills and a professional approach The ability to manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks Confidence working both independently and within a team environment Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages Experience using legal case management systems would be advantageous, although training will be provided This is a full-time office-based role situated in central Cheltenham.
