The Role
As a key player in our team, you will:
* Support the management of a diverse investment portfolio, including both property and non-property assets.
* Ensure robust reporting and governance arrangements for the College’s investment activities.
* Oversee the day-to-day management of our real estate assets.
* Contribute significantly to major property development projects in Oxford, acting as the College’s client representative.
* Coordinate with consultants, managing agents, and legal advisors to deliver projects effectively and strategically.
* Administer non-property investments, such as equities, fixed income, and cash, while liaising with external managers.
* Collaborate closely with the College’s Head of Finance and other key stakeholders.
The Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Has strong experience in managing or supporting investment assets.
* Ideally possesses experience in overseeing property development projects.
* Is familiar with investment principles and portfolio oversight (deep technical expertise is not essential).
* Exhibits outstanding stakeholder engagement and organizational skills.
* Respects governance structures and holds a degree-level education; relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
