We’re looking for a driven Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of a high‑value, multi‑sector portfolio and deliver real commercial impact across retail, industrial and office assets. This is a fast‑paced, highly acquisitive business where no two days are the same, and where you’ll play a key role in driving growth and performance.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and enhance a portfolio of complex, high‑value properties.
* Deliver value through lease re-gears, renewals, rent reviews and strategic void management.
* Reposition assets through tenant mix improvements, refurbishments and redevelopment.
* Oversee capital projects, dilapidations, H&S and day‑to‑day operations with in‑house teams.
* Identify acquisition and disposal opportunities and support full due diligence.
* Take a leading role in onboarding new investments, ensuring a smooth transition into the portfolio.
* Build strong relationships with tenants, local authorities, planners and other stakeholders.
* Mentor developing Asset Managers and encourage cross‑department collaboration.
* Manage budgets, service charges and overall estate performance.
