The role focuses on delivering the highest levels of customer service, developing employees, and achieving strong commercial performance in a luxury environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage a large team to drive sales by delivering the highest standards of service and creating an elevated level of customer experience.
* Drive the commercial performance of a luxury product category and oversee training, performance, and development of the team.
* Act as an outgoing, highly motivated people manager to ensure store success and a positive working culture.
* Ensure alignment with the company values and contribute to making each store a great place to work.
Qualifications
* Experience in a retail environment with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Proven leadership experience with a passion for team development.
* Ability to operate in a company with a people-focused culture and strong internal development opportunities.
Employment details
* Salary up to £33,000 with a performance-related annual bonus of up to £4,000 per year.
* Generous bonus scheme and the opportunity to work fewer weekends over the course of the month.
