Are you ready to join an innovative sales team, develop your career and be responsible for one of our busiest and great performing accounts? Come and join the Convenience team as a National Account Manager Co-op Snackingwhere you will build strong relationships with one of our key convenience customers. This is a 12-month fixed term contract based from our vibrant Media City head office (hybrid working schedule)

Youll thrive in the challenge of delivering stretching internal and external KPI targets. Youll get to work with our iconic brand portfolio including Pringles, Cheez-it, Rice Krispies Squares and more as well as helping us deliver exciting future innovations. More than that, you'll build a strategic customer partnership in a priority growth channel to enable delivery of the short- and long-term plans.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

1. Commercial Lead and grow the customer relationship through the creation and delivery of annual plans, building sustainable, longterm mutual value.
2. Customer Act as the voice of the customer internally, championing their needs and translating insights into winning external solutions.
3. Strategy Play a leading role in shaping and delivering the convenience snacking strategy, with a strong focus on accelerating onthego snacking portfolio plans.
4. Collaboration Work crossfunctionally with Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Marketing and other internal teams to develop solutions and execute winning plans.
5. Performance Deliver quarterly and annual internal output targets, ensuring results are achieved in line with budget commitments.
6. Execution Own and deliver annual internal input targets across key sales levers and fundamentals, including Category Vision, Assortment, Distribution, Price & Pack, Visibility, Promotions, Activation, Trade Strategy and Supply Chain.

7. Excellent communication, presentation & influencing skills
8. Great relationship building skills to work effectively cross functionally
9. A proven record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships with multi-million-pound P&L spend
10. Experience working within a commercial and high-pressured role where you have driven and achieved results
