Ideal candidates will have the following:
* Qualified to degree level (2:1 or above)
* A strong educational background to degree level in a STEM subject and Excellent A Level results
* Professionally oriented, with demonstrable customer-facing or client-facing skills
* An analytical approach to data
* Excellent interpersonal skills - explain technical solutions in a non-technical manner
