Salary: Starting at £61,110, with potential for more based on your experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Lead Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Defining Solution Architecture: Crafting designs that meet business and system requirements while adhering to project constraints.
* Capturing Architectures: Documenting the current and future application, data, and technology architectures for assigned projects.
* Ensuring Quality: Assuring that the overall functional and technical design of solutions is fit for purpose.
* Providing Design Leadership: Leading the IM&T solution and collaborating with 3rd parties and product teams to ensure effective communication.
* Liaising with Suppliers: Working closely with internal and external IM&T suppliers and product teams.
* Supporting Project Managers: Assisting in the development of project plans, reviewing estimates, and identifying potential challenges.
Your Skills and Experiences:
Essential:
* Proven experience in the design, development, testing, and release of Information Systems.
* Strong skills in incident and problem management.
* Effective stakeholder management, influencing local organizations, customers, suppliers, partners, and peers.
* Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Desirable:
* Architecture qualifications like TOGAF.
* Additional industry qualifications such as BCS.
