The ideal behavioural Teaching assistant will be someone who has a growth mindset and will always ensure each child is supported. We have a range of roles at this provision, both full time and part time and we are offering temp to perm roles. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will: Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle regularly. Have behaviour management experience. Have business insurance OR be willing to get it.
