Revive Education is recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery setting in Chelmsford for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This is an urgent requirement with interviews available asap.
The Role
This home-from-home nursery is based in a house and offers a warm, nurturing environment for children. Alongside the main nursery, they also have a dedicated outdoor learning setting and an after-school club. They are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is genuinely passionate about childcare and wants to build a long-term role within the setting.
Key Responsibilities

Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS

Create a caring, engaging and safe environment

Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
*
Take part in observations, planning and daily routines
*
Be open to learning and embracing the nursery’s way of working
Hours & Benefits
*
Hours/Shifts: 35 hours per week, ranging from 07:30-18:30 weekdays
*
Salary: £12-£14 per hour
*
Holiday Allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays, increases with continuous service
*

Team Culture: Small team, all get along very well, work extremely well together

CPD & Progression Opportunities: Yearly training on Citation, Pediatric first aid training every 3 years, other relevant training dependent on job role
Requirements
*
Level 3 Early Years qualification
*
A genuine passion for working with children
*
Willingness to learn and adapt to the nursery’s ethos and approach
*
Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
