The Nelson Trust is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team in Swindon. What You'll Do: Ensure the safety and well-being of our residents and the building. Provide support to women with substance misuse, mental health issues, and involvement with the criminal justice system. Work closely with residents from their arrival to their positive move to long-term accommodation. Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment.
