Regional Driver Trainer Multi-Site Role Location: South / West Region (covering sites in Welham Green, Tafarnaubach, Cardiff, Taunton, Bury St Edmunds, Atherstone) Salary: £42,000 Company Vehicle Contract: Permanent, Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Regional Driver Trainer to deliver high-quality driver development across multiple sites in England and South Wales. This hands-on role is ideal for someone passionate about driver safety, compliance, and improving operational standards. As a key member of the regional team, youll work directly with drivers to enhance skills, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement. This role includes travel between sites, so a willingness to be on the road is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead driver induction and training programmes across multiple sites Deliver refresher and specialist training to improve skills and compliance Maintain accurate driver competence and training records Conduct post-incident reassessments and retraining as required Analyse driving performance data and provide coaching interventions Support continuous improvement in training delivery and operational standards What Were Looking For Minimum 3 years HGV driving experience, including multiple HGV modes Class 1 HGV licence, DCPC, and Digital Tachograph card Valid ADR qualification with tanker experience Experience in driver training or transport roles Strong knowledge of driver legislation and health & safety requirements Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement Benefits Company Car or Car Allowance 25 Days Annual Leave Generous pension scheme Medical and dental scheme Retail and leisure discounts Holiday and travel discounts Bike to work scheme
