Cheshire West and Chester administers elections for almost, electors, four parliamentary constituencies, wards and over Town and Parish Councils. Our elections and electoral registration service operates year‑round, supported by a high‑performing team of multiskilled democracy professionals working within a programme‑based environment.
As Elections Programme Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of fair, transparent and legally‑compliant elections. You’ll bring excellent organisational, project management, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to interpret legislation and translate it into clear, actionable plans. This is a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment where accuracy and deadlines are critical—and you will be someone who thrives under those conditions.
