We currently require 2 experienced Substance Misuse Recovery Workers for a full time 1 month contract at the YMCA St Annes in Lytham, with the potential for extension. What you will do
* Work closely with clients to develop and implement comprehensive recovery plans tailored to their unique needs.
* Provide individual and group support to help clients achieve their recovery goals.
* Conduct risk assessments and maintain accurate records of client progress using designated systems.
* Collaborate with other professionals and organisations to ensure holistic support for each client.
* Offer advice and education on substance misuse and recovery strategies to clients and their families.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.
