Role Overview
As Investment Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding the development and funding strategies of our Single Family Rental portfolio. You will manage strategic investments, oversee project budgets, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring projects from inception to completion.
In this dynamic role, you’ll lead land promotion opportunities, oversee legal and financial negotiations, and support project delivery teams to meet business objectives. Your expertise in investment and development appraisals will be instrumental in identifying and maximizing new opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Manage strategic investments and oversee project budgets.
• Lead land promotion opportunities and coordinate with partners.
• Oversee legal and financial negotiations and secure funding for high‑impact projects.
• Support delivery teams to meet business objectives and ensure timely project handovers.
Requirements
Extensive experience in development and investment appraisals.
Strong understanding of financial and deliverability assessments.
Exceptional relationship management skills with funders, investors, and stakeholders.
Hands‑on experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams and managing end‑to‑end project delivery.
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills to execute legal agreements and secure funding.
Knowledge of joint ventures or public‑private partnership structures is an advantage.
