The Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team to meet and exceed targets. You’ll handle customer enquiries, process orders, and build lasting relationships with clients. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Key responsibilities
* Responding to customer enquiries and preparing quotes.
* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination tasks.
* Building relationships with existing and new customers.
* Identifying new sales opportunities and upselling where appropriate.
