The Role

3. Lead the senior leadership team across product, sales, operations, and customer success.
4. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and purpose.
5. Represent the company with investors, partners, and key healthcare stakeholders.
6. Maintain strong governance and financial oversight.
The Person
1. Proven leadership in B2B SaaS, with experience scaling small to mid-sized businesses in senior executive roles (CEO, CRO, COO).
2. Strong commercial acumen, driving revenue growth through new business, customer expansion, and product development.
3. Technically fluent in software and market trends.
4. Experienced in fundraising and private equity, confident in investor relations and financial oversight.
5. Strategic, people-focused leader, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and high emotional intelligence.
