I’m currently working with a fantastic client in the Social Housing sector who specialises in roofing. They are looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who can take ownership of marketing strategy and drive brand growth within a purpose‑led environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns
* Manage brand, content, and digital presence (website, social media, email)
* Support bid and tender submissions with high‑quality marketing materials
* Work closely with internal teams to promote projects and services
* Engage with stakeholders including clients, partners, and residents
* Track and analyse campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role
* Background in Social Housing, Construction, or a related sector (desirable)
* Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Proactive, creative, and commercially aware
