You will be joining a passionate and talented agency client services team. These guys have no barriers between disciplines. The work is diverse, spanning strategic brand projects, campaign concepts, motion, digital marketing, website design, and asset rollouts. Your role will be dynamic and ever-evolving, requiring adaptability and initiative.
We do need a few things from you
* Proven experience in account management, marketing and client services within an agency environment.
* Strong understanding of B2B and B2C landscapes.
* Experience managing integrated campaigns across various channels.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Commercial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business development.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
