An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our expanding and successful Estate Agency team in Chichester. This role offers career progression and the chance to excel at the top end of the property industry.
Responsibilities
1. Meet with clients and assess their needs.
2. Register and manage applicants.
3. Arrange and attend property viewings.
4. Canvass for new business opportunities.
5. Explain building issues and regulations to clients.
6. Respond to queries via email and telephone.
7. Liaise with solicitors.
Person specification
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum.
Skills and Experience
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience of working to deadlines.
* Excellent negotiation and rapport-building skills.
* Composed manner to work under pressure.
* Good time management and prioritization skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent telephone and client-facing skills.
* Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
* Confident manner with clients and team members.
