Harris Hill is delighted to be partnering with a fantastic organisation dedicated to preserving heritage and fostering public engagement. They are searching for a Development Manager (Trusts and Foundations) to join their team.
As Development Manager (Trusts and Foundations), you will play a pivotal role in securing vital funding for projects. You will be responsible for driving growth of Trusts and Foundations income, supporting both unrestricted income and major projects. You will manage a personal portfolio of funders, nurture relationships, and pitch proposals. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling funding applications and build lasting relationships with funders to establish multi-year income opportunities.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
1. Significant experience in trusts and foundations fundraising.
2. Demonstrable experience of personally securing grants at the 5-figure level.
3. Sound understanding of the interests and working methods of trusts and foundations.
