Job Description
To ensure the efficient and effective throughput of products in the working area while meeting customer quality expectations and adhering to Food Safety, Health & Safety guidelines and procedures.
Responsibilities within the role
1. Ensure the efficient operation of the working area to achieve set KPI’s.
2. Ensure Food Quality/Safety and legality procedures, checks, sign-offs, and paperwork are completed as per NWF and Customer requirements.
3. Ensure Health & Safety guidelines and procedures are being adhered to at all times, reporting near misses and any accidents or incidents when they occur.
4. Report any Out of Spec Products, Machinery issues, or Non-Conformance issues to Line Manager promptly.
5. Ensure the efficient operation of the cell.
6. Follow safe ways of working and site safety procedures, reporting near misses and any accidents or incidents when they occur.
7. Fulfill any reasonable tasks requested by Line Manager or Supervisor.
