Key Responsibilities * Operate 4- and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision components for the aerospace, automotive, and defence sectors * Maintain high-quality standards through regular self-inspection using gauges and measuring equipment * Ensure production targets are met while maintaining efficiency and accuracy * Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures Skills & Experience * Proven experience operating CNC milling machining centres * Familiarity with Siemens, Fanuc or Mazatrol controls * Strong understanding of measurement and inspection tools * A proactive, positive approach to work, learning, and teamwork * Good Maths * Ideally, an Engineering qualification What’s on Offer * Permanent, full-time role with a 4-day working week (Mon–Thurs) * Competitive hourly rate and long-term job security * Ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities Get in touch for more information
