Role Overview
* Managing residential property transactions end-to-end
* Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity transfers
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders
* Ensuring compliance and efficient case progression
* Supporting the wider property team where required
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3+ years PQE or equivalent conveyancing experience
* Strong residential property background
* Excellent client communication skills
* Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
